4 months minimum of Fermentation and maceration in Imprunetas’s not glassified ceramic tanks (7hL), where authochtonous yeats grow naturally; drawing off without pressing, then the wine is refinemed in the same ceramic tanks.
Suitable with grilled red meat, salamis and aged cheese.
