Organic Red and White wines, and Vin Santo dessert wine

Once the grapes have been softly pressed, ambient yeasts naturally start alcoholic fermentation, which will follow malolactic fermentation- a winemaking process involving the action of naturally-occurring bacteria.

In our wine cellar, age-old techniques are rigorously carried out with the least intrusive methods, in order to achieve the perfect wine maturation through the use of woods and concrete barrels.

So here we are with two red wines, a white one and a typical Tuscan Vin Santo achieved through organic farming.
