Conducting continuous research to improve our top-quality organic wine
Mr Mazzeschi studied and graduated under the teaching of Mr. Carlo Viviani, Professor of Agriculture at the University of Florence, who supervised his final year research project.
This knowledge helped Mr Mazzeschi to develop particular techniques to better facilitate the cellar vinification process. Through the wine and must analysis, his experimental research is continuing.
Since 2022 the farm has an agreement with the Faculty of Agriculture of Florence as a location for curricular internships.
